What is ARTNHVN LLC's refund policy?

We understand oversight/accidents happen, as such ARTNHVN, LLC. has sole discretion to grant a refund (including the refund method), credit your account, or replace a printed product given the following circumstances:

  • The product was damaged due to our error (excluding damages during delivery)
  • The product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., you received a different item than what you ordered, the printed design is incorrect or placed incorrectly, the product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
  • The shipping provider did not complete delivery
  • The delivery was late
  • Your package was lost/stolen

Shipping Time Frames

For all Shirts, Hoodies, and Bags, please allow 5-7 business days for the order to arrive.

For all hat orders, please allow approximately 6-9 business days for the order to arrive.

 Return/Exchange Process Shipping 

In order to request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a picture and brief explanation of the problem to ARTNHVN LLC via email at within 30 days of delivery.

We will personally respond to your request within 72 hours. Once we deem your request eligible for a return, you will need to mail your product to:

ARTNHVN, LLC, 600 Boulevard South SW, Ste. 104A, Huntsville, AL 35802.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

  • All items must be approved by ARTNHVN, LLC. via email for a return authorization.
  • A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return.
  • Item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Item must be received by ARTNHVN, LLC. within 14 days of return authorization date.
  • Credit will be issued promptly after we have received the item(s) and have confirmed that all return conditions have been met.

All refunds will be issued in the form of which the original payment was made, and it may take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.
